One Year Limited Warranty
Noble Fidelity Attaché Series loudspeakers are warranted to be free of manufacturing and workmanship defects at the site of the original installation for a period of one year from the date of purchase from an authorized Noble Fidelity Dealer.

Lifetime Limited Warranty
Noble Fidelity, LLC extends an exclusive offer of Lifetime Limited Warranty on the Attaché Series loudspeakers at no additional cost to the original owner(s) at the original installation site provided they were purchased from an authorized Noble Fidelity Dealer and duly registered as follows:

Pursuant to a Certificate of Lifetime Limited Warranty, the original purchaser shall register online at noble-fidelity.com all products purchased including the physical address of the site into which the products are (to be) installed along with the property owner name(s) within 120 days of the product purchase date or 30 days of the product installation date, whichever is sooner.

With a Certificate of Lifetime Limited Warranty, Noble Fidelity Attaché Series loudspeakers are warranted to be free of manufacturing and workmanship defects for the life of the original owner(s) at the site of the original installation.

Regular Purchases:
If your Noble Fidelity Attaché Series product purchase was made online from an authorized online Attaché Series dealer, the identity and the email address(es) of the purchaser were captured. Ten days after Attaché Series loudspeakers are shipped to the purchaser an email will be sent to the purchaser at the email address(es) registered at the time of purchase.

Gift Purchases:
If the Noble Fidelity Attaché Series products purchased are/were a gift, the gift recipient will receive an email at a pre-determined date as set by the gift-giving purchaser to coincide with the time the gift is received. As Warranty Registration needs to be completed with within 120 calendar days of purchase, the time limit to delay the email notification of online warranty registration prompt is limited to 110 calendar days from the date of online purchase.

In either case, in accordance with the purchase terms as described herein, Noble Fidelity, LLC will follow-up online purchases for Certificate of Lifetime Limited Warranty Registration.

Noble Fidelity, LLC is not liable for failure of any email delivery due to any circumstance outside of our control, i.e.: change of intended recipient email address or intended recipient email service interruption.

Upon submitting a qualifying registration the designated registrant will be sent a Certificate of Lifetime Limited Warranty stating the "Physical Address of Record" at which the product warranty is valid and an "Ownership of Record" stating to whom the warranty is valid. The warranty is valid to the original registrant only; it is not transferable to any subsequent address or owner(s).

The Certificate of Lifetime Limited Warranty will list each model and quantity thereof purchased and warranted together with the address of record.

Should any Noble Fidelity Attaché Series product fail for the original owner in an original installation due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect and not due to misuse or abuse, it shall be repaired or replaced by Noble Fidelity, LLC at no charge.

Prior to any product(s) being returned to Noble Fidelity, LLC for Warranty consideration a Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained. An RA request form and instructions may be obtained online at noble-fidelity.com. Noble Fidelity, LLC reserves the right to repair or replace products qualifying for Lifetime Limited Warranty service at their sole discretion.

Shipping to Noble Fidelity, LLC and refitting/installation expenses are and remain the responsibility of the original owner. Any product repaired or replaced under the warranty will be shipped to the original owner at the original physical property address only.

No warranty beyond the One Year Limited Warranty is either expressed or implied, is, nor will, be enforceable in the absence of a valid Certificate of Lifetime Limited Warranty as described herein.
